I made a mistake. Sherry asked me to reinstate the Birthday Calendar on my blog... and I agreed to do it. THAT was the mistake. *grin* So now I gotta. Here's the Birthdays for the first quarter of 2007 - if I missed anybody, send a comment to this post and we'll getcha in the first run next time!!

  • January 11 - Twins: Brittany and Robert Schollmeyer (1994)
  • January 23 - Janice Tate (ain't telling what year, she might hit me)
  • January 23 - Kyle Lowe (1958, hey that's not old at all)
  • January 24 - Sherry Whetstone (ya'll already know she's 60 so she can't hit me for saying it)
  • January 28 - Susan Walker (1950, but I'm still younger than Sherry)

  • February 09 - Dave Tate (1962, very nearly an OLD guy)
  • February 10 - Mary Wroten (ain't telling when, but she looks younger every year!)
  • February 11 - Uncle Mike Rizzo's birthday, may he rest in peace.
  • February 15 - Dianne Moore (1952, still a young'un!)
  • February 24 - Tracey Weston (1970, even younger!)

  • March 04 - Emily Tate (1920, keep on keepin' on, Mom!)
  • March 04 - Robin Dion (1955, the best birthday of Emily's life)
  • March 15 - Tracy and Brent Weston's anniversary (1997)
  • March 21 - Bethany (Thomas) Rohde's birthday

Bye, David!

David left for Korea this morning and I miss him already. He won't be gone that long, the job contract is just through May with a possible extension til December. And besides, he doesn't even live in the same state as me any more, so what's the big deal? I think it's a Mom-Radar thing. He's flying out of my Mom Radar, and I won't be able to track him any longer, at least not as easily, ha! *sigh* Seems we can't wait for our kids to grow up and then when they do, it's WHAMMO we miss them so much.

Here Comes the Bride... and Groom!

Congratulations Scott and Rachel! Today marks the beginning of a new life for Scott and Rachel Tate. They were married today in Jacksonville, North Carolina, in the presence of family and friends. No word yet as to how the nuptuals were carried out, but I am sure that will be coming soon! In the meantime, all good luck and congratulations to both Scott and Rachel; may you have many long and happy years together!
